PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES before you order...In your shopping cart, the fees are usually in excess of what it costs for me to ship your items to you. It is not possible for me to finesse the Yahoo program to reflect the actual cost of getting the fabric from me to you.
I assess a $2.50 handling fee then add the actual USPS shipping charges which also includes a tracking number and insurance. Once the package has shipped and I know the true cost, I refund excess fees to your Paypal account.
I know this is a little clumsy, but it works--you wouldn't want to pay the same rate for 3 fat quarters as for 3 yards of fabric, now would you?
